With years of international experience in design and architecture, Idea Design International offers consulting on the technical, functional, and aesthetic aspects of a project, developing feasibility studies and preliminary drafts designed to resolve functional or aesthetic issues. We feel it’s better to make a small investment in assessment than big investments in rectifying errors.
WORKS PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT
The planning and control activities are undoubtedly the basis for a successful project, to try to reduce costs and optimize results.
For this reason, we create detailed chrono-work programs that illustrate activities, tasks and timetables, to coordinate the work and maintain control over the project management by comparing the progress of the project with the project plan in order to measure the performance of the activities and take corrective action if necessary.
SITE COORDINATION
Another aspect that we consider important for the success of a project is the presence on site, daily or not, of a figure who holds the role of Director of Works with the task of coordinating the various workers present on site so that the works are carried out in compliance with the rules and in conformity with the project and the contract, until its completion and consequent “Delivery” to the customer.
